Selection and Recruitment:
Recruitments are made on the basis of computer based evaluation test type CES 4.1 developed by Seagull and verbal interview basis BKV global assessment form conducted by client’s designated CC/SCC/OM/GM for all applicants as per Enrolment/Executing/Employment Flow Chart.
Recruitment process for new applicants commence as first contact with submitting to candidate the electronic format of BKV-RO application form for sea staff, no matter if the applicant is responding to an employment add posted on internet or if he is just looking to record his application to our data base for any future employment.
Candidates, upon receipt of their application form, will be assessed their relevant experience against Principals/Client crew selection criteria, and if GM or OM considers him suitable for employment, will be further schedule for an interview and evaluation tests at BKV-RO office during working hours.
Applicants considered suitable for employment, are being checked their references with local crewing agent and/or vessel’s crew management, to who decision to be made by GM and/or OM.
