GENERAL MANAGER’S DECLARATION REGARDING QUALITY POLICY

BKV – RO DEVELOPS, IMPLEMENTS AND MAINTAINS A  QUALITY SYSTEM (QS) FOR ENSUING THE QUALITY OF THE DELIVERED “ SERVICE “, IN COMPLIANCE WITH ISO 9001: 2008 STANDARD, WHICH IS DESCRIBED IN THE QUALITY MANUAL  IN SUCH TERMS AS :

            “An on-going improvement of the Quality of our service, in compliance with national and international requirements in the field of maritime personnel recruitment and merchant navigation, leading to a full and complete satisfaction of our Customers requirements and expectation, is the main objective of our Quality Policy.”

AS A GENERAL MANAGER, I ORGANISE AND MANAGE THE WHOLE ACTIVITY, BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF MARITIME PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT, ASSESMENT AND DOCUMENT PROCESSING, INTEGRATING QUALITY MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES IN THE BKV – RO SYSTEM.

ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES, PLANNING, MONITORING AND CONTROL, CONTINUOUS INSURANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF BKV – RO QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE ARE MANAGEMENT ELEMENTS WHICH WE UNDERSTAND TO USE WITH SUPPORT AND CONSCIOUS INVOLVEMENT OF THE ENTIRE BKV – RO STAFF.

            “I request all employees to get involved in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality System, to know and meet the requirements specified in the Quality Manual and other documents in the system and take action, on a permanent basis, for the achievement of our objectives in the field of QUALITY.
